Ahlan service is offered by Cairo ِAirport Company and not a private sector company
Ahlan service offered to all passengers arriving of departing Cairo airport
Ahlan is the only party offering the service at Cairo airport
Two children under 6 years old will be waived, above 6 years old will be treated as a passenger
If there is more than 2 children under 6 years old, then 2 of them will be waived of charge and the third one will be treated as a passenger
Passengers can pay in EGP or USD only.
Payment in EGP as per the exchange rate of USD in the central bank of Egypt
Waiting time in lounge is up to three hours
Passenger should attend at least 2 hrs earlier from the takeoff time
In case of cancellation, you can request to refund the value of the service by the same method of payment - a cancellation request shall be at least 24 hours before the flight time. (Bank Charges shall be Applied)
Booking must be at least 48 hours before the flight date, booking will not be accepted when maximum number of bookings per flight is reached.
Customer is not allowed to postpone booking.

Ahlan Passengers are subject to regulations of the civil aviation authority, International organizations and legislation of the country that control passenger movement at Cairo International airport (Customs – Police – airlines… Etc.).
Customer is not allowed to postpone or change his booking.
In case the customer did not ask for cancellation (according to the conditions contained) and elapsed time of the flight, the service fees will be the right of the company and the customer has no right to claim it.
