What is Ahlan service?

There is nothing brighter and more comfortable than finding a smiling face waiting for you when you arrive or depart Cairo International Airport.
In arrival Ahlan representative will be waiting for you carrying a sign in your name then will transport you by Ahlan dedicated car to our lounges (VIP only) and will take care of you while you stay in the lounge until we finalize arrival procedures and claim your luggage and insure good care until you leave.
In departure Ahlan representative will take care of you and your luggage while you stay at the lounge and on your behalf we will finalize all travel procedures then will transport you by our Ahlan dedicated car to the final gate.

Departure

  • Our greeter welcomes you at the meeting point (AHLAN lounge)
  • We take care of your luggage while you stay at the lounge.
  • Handling all traveling procedures.
  • Dedicated car for your transportation to the aircraft.

Arrival

  • You are welcomed by our greeter with a nominative sign
  • Fast track to the border control
  • We check if your luggage is transferred to your final destination
  • Escort to the VIP lounge or directly to your aircraft

Connecting flights

  • You are welcomed by our greeter with a nominative sign under the plane
  • Dedicated car for your transportation to the VIP lounge.
  • Collect your luggage at the claim area.

MEET & ASSIST ONLY

Departure

  • Our greeter welcomes you at the meeting point
  • We take care of your luggage
  • Handling all traveling procedures.
  • Escort you to the border control and security check with a priority access

Arrival

  • You are welcomed by our greeter with a nominative sign at the passport control area
  • Escort you to the border control and security check with a priority access
  • Collect your luggage at the claim area.

Connecting flights

  • You are welcomed by our greeter with a nominative sign
  • Fast track to the border control
  • We make sure your luggage is transferred to your final destination
  • Escort to the VIP lounge or directly to your aircraft

Booking

Important to know

  • Double charge for connecting flights.
  • 4 Hrs. minimum between connecting flights to accept booking.
  • Two children under 6 years will be waived.
  • If there are more than 2 children under 6 the third one will be treated as a passenger.
  • Waiting time in lounge is up to three hours.

Terms & Conditions

  1. When the service is executed, a financial value may be added if the advertised prices has been increased
  2. Data filled by the customer is his own responsibility.
  3. Ahlan Passengers are subject to regulations of the civil aviation authority, International organizations and legislation of the country that control passenger movement at Cairo International airport (Customs – Police – airlines… Etc.).
  4. Booking is at least 48 hours before the flight date.
  5. Kindly, booking will not be accepted when maximum number of bookings per flight is reached.
  6. In case of cancellation, you can request to refund the value of the service by the same method of payment - a cancellation request shall be at least 12 hours before the flight time. (Bank Charges shall be Applied)
  7. In case the customer did not ask for cancellation (according to the conditions contained) and elapsed time of the flight, the service fees will be the right of the company and the customer has no right to claim it.
  8. At departure, the passenger shall be present prior to take-off with a minimum of two hours.
