Passengers Allowed to use the Lounges

  • First and Business class passengers of contracted airlines
  • MasterCard cardholders (Platinum, titanium, world, world elite.) issued only from the Middle East
  • American Express cardholders (specific categories) issued only from the Middle East
  • Terminal no.1 accepts MasterCard cardholders only (world, world elite.) issued only from the Middle East.
  • Priority Pass, lounge club, lounge key, Lounge Pass, Diners Club, and Dragon Pass cardholders
  • Also, we welcome accepting passengers with cash payment at the reception counter or online pre-payment as follows :
    • $40 USD for non-Egyptian passenger
    • $30 USD for Egyptian passenger
    • $20 USD for non-Egyptian passenger at the new smoking lounge
    • $15 USD for Egyptian passenger at the new smoking lounge

  2. All Passengers are subject to regulations of the civil aviation authority, International organizations and legislation of the country that control passenger movement at Cairo International airport (Customs – Police – airlines… Etc.)
  3. Booking is accepted 24/7
  4. Passengers can stay at the Lounge up to 3 Hours

Important to know

  • Two children under 6 years will be waived.
  • If there are more than 2 children under 6 the third one will be treated as a passenger.
  • Passengers can pay in EGP or USD.
  • Payment in EGP as per the exchange rate of USD in the central bank of Egypt.

The construction of passenger terminal No. 3 was completed in 2009 and was allocated to operate the Star Alliance airlines. It is one of the largest and most important alliances in the world. And we are always seeking to provide the highest level of service to the passengers of the first class and business has been the establishment of a group of first class lounges for passengers Star Alliance, which receives all the satisfaction and approval of all passengers as well as officials of the Star Alliance, who are supervising. There is also a special lounges for the distinctive service passengers, who accept it greatly .
